WHAT YOU CAN & SHOULD EXPECT

• Availability - Many agents begin staring at the clock as early as 4:00pm just waiting for 5:00 to come so they can turn off their phones and head home for the day. Once you become my client, you are given my personal cell phone number and are encouraged to call me any time. With something as important as your real estate transaction, questions and problems can come up any time of day...even after 5:00pm.
  
  
• Attentiveness - The most important quality an agent can have for his clients is the ability to listen to their needs. I make certain to understand what my clients are looking for on a personal level, and apply those needs to my efforts on their behalf. This means not showing a 2 bedroom home, to a family with 3 kids, and not suggesting homes that do not coincide with my clients needs.
  
  
• Exposure - When trusting me with your property, you can rest assured knowing that it will be promoted in a wide variety of the most effective avenues in print and online marketing!
  
  
• Beautiful Photography - A picture is worth a thousand words! That statement couldn't be more true in Real Estate. All of my properties participate in a professional quality photo shoot and are then meticulously enhanced for optimal color, contrast, & sharpness.
  
  
• Integrity - I am a firm believer in the motto "Integrity is Everything!" It is my duty to my clients to make sure that all happenings regarding their purchase or sale are honest. That means if I know about it, you know about it. I will never withhold or distort important information that would otherwise be in my client's best interest.
